A Message about our Director:

 

Janice Ross, our Preschool Director, has been working with our youngsters since 1999. She received her degree in Early Childhood Education from Salem State University where her love for learning and young children were melded together.

 

Janice discovered how special TTS’ (Temple Beth Shalom at the time) school is when she was searching for a program for her own daughter, and she’s been here ever since. 

 

“That warm feeling of community was just what I was looking for,” she says, and she certainly knows a lot about that. As one of her parents’ six daughters, she grew up in Malden as part of a tightly knit family, and as she says, “Creating memories with people I love is what life is all about.” Mrs. Ross’ loves include her husband Mark, her two daughters, Andrea and Danielle, her cat, Cody, and a very large extended family.

 

We are known to be one of the best preschools on the North Shore. The dedication and individual attention given to each child and family is part of what makes our program unique.  The preschool is where lifelong friendships and memories are created and learning happens.
