Welcome to our Membership page. We appreciate the time you are taking to look through our website and see all that we have to offer. We know that people who are considering synagogue affiliation have many options for Jewish worship, study, and social engagement, so we invite you to attend one of our Friday evening services or Saturday morning Service, Snack & Study programs to get to know us better. We hope that you will feel that our worship style and sense of family is right for you.

Temple Tiferet Shalom members represent a diverse spectrum of ages, abilities, and orientations, as well as religious backgrounds and practices. We are Jews by birth, Jews by choice, and interfaith families, welcoming all. Members hail from many greater Boston communities, and while our synagogue's location is in Peabody, we support programming in the local cities and towns where our congregants live.

Please let us know that you are planning to attend a service so that we can make you feel right at home. If you are thinking about enrolling your children in Preschool or Religious School, we invite you to schedule a visit to our classrooms where you can feel the vibrancy of Jewish learning under the leadership of our seasoned teachers and staff. To plan a visit to our synagogue, please call our administrator, Beth Simons, at (978)535-2100 or email her at office@templetiferetshalom.org

Kol tov - all the best,

The Membership Committee

Financial Hardship

No one will ever be denied membership to Temple Tiferet Shalom due to an inability to pay for it. We value you and your participation in congregational life, so if your financial situation makes it difficult to make the normally required dues payments, please contact our Financial Secretary (email FinancialSecretary@TempleTiferetShalom.org) to initiate a dues relief/abatement request. The three members of our Dues Relief Committee will confidentially work with you to determine reasonable payments in order for you to join us or maintain your membership.

While dues and donations from our members are what keeps our Temple's doors open, we will always consider the spiritual and financial needs of any member or anyone considering membership in our Temple.
